South Campus

Alberta has declared a state of public health emergency. COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations continue to rise, largely in unvaccinated Albertans. New measures to protect the health care system, stop the spread, and increase vaccination rates come into effect starting September 16. Mandatory restrictions for places of worship includes:
  • Capacity limited to 1/3 fire code occupancy.
  • Masks are mandatory.
  • 2 metres physical distancing between households, or 2 close contacts for those living alone.
FIBC South will continue to live stream through Facebook Live and do Zoom fellowship. Please follow our Facebook Page for more up to date information.

Weekend Service Gathering Guidelines

Most public health restrictions have been removed, but FIBC will still follow the relaunch guidelines of the Government of Alberta and the City of Edmonton. Please keep the following in mind to assist us with gathering safely:
  • FIBC will screen attendees for any COVID-19 symptoms, following the Government of Alberta’s isolation requirements
  • Please stay at home if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and follow all Government of Alberta requirements for isolation
  • Wearing a mask is recommended as a reasonable precaution
  • Continue to practice proper hand hygiene
  • Keep appropriate physical distance
  • FIBC will practice proper sanitation protocols

Filipino International Baptist Church is a family-oriented church that reaches out to the city of Edmonton for Christ, one Gospel conversation at a time. FIBC is one church in multiple satellite locations. Our South Campus just celebrated its third year anniversary. This location aims to serve the south side community of Millwoods and the surrounding area. Come worship with us every Sunday at 10 AM at Menisa Day Care Centre.

The Bible is not a collection of stories. It is one story of God’s plan to rescue His people from sin and death. It is the story of redemption, the gospel message of Jesus Christ. And it’s our story, too.
Join us as we do a Christ-centered chronological Bible study for all ages called “The Gospel Project” during our prayer meeting every Friday from 7pm-9pm at Menisa Daycare Centre. Hope to see you there.
